All stock is located in our Australia office, with World-Wide distribution completed from here. All Australian orders are processed through Australia Post domestic shipping, where International order are through Australia Post International.
What payments do you accept?
We’re always looking for more convenient ways for our customers to make payments for our products. Unfortunately, with our line of work we can sometimes run into issues with payment gateways and processing card payments.
With that said, we are currently processing all card payments along with AfterPay and we’ve recently introduced Bitcoin and Bank Transfer payments as a back up.

How do I create an account?
You can automatically set up an account with us at checkout or by searching “my account”. The benefits of having an account will not only allow you to see tracking details of your order but you can also access all your orders and keep track of the when you need to reorder your favourite items.
Do you offer advice or suggestions on products and potential dosages?
Unfortunately for legal reasons, we are unable to provide advice nor recommendations for items within our website.
We do provide education on our articles page along with research dosing protocols on this FAQ page for your reference.
After I place an order, when is it sent and do I get tracking?
All orders are fulfilled and sent out next business day, meaning if you order on Monday, they will be picked up by Australia Post the following business day.
And of course, all orders come standard with tracking. You’ll receive an initial order confirmation once you please your order, you’ll then receive another email with tracking details once the order has been processed.
